How do we do it ? Here is our 10-step carpet cleaning program

Step 1 - Carpet Inspection

Prior to cleaning your carpets our trained technicians will test your carpets to determine the exact type of fibre it is made of. We’ll then carry out a full inspection of your carpet making sure we use the exact cleaning solution for your carpet. After this inspection, we are able to give you precise expectations of the results from our 10-step carpet cleaning process.

Step 2 - Pre-vacuum / Dry Soil Extraction

We extensively pre-vacuum your entire carpet, a very important part in our 10-Step Program as our commercial vacuum cleaner can remove up to 75% of dry soiling. A professional dry soil extraction means a deeper clean, releasing trapped dirt from the very base of your carpet. Allowing our eco-friendly chemicals to remove more of your trapped dirt. Using our dry soil extractor, we’ll thoroughly remove dry soling from all areas of your carpet, including hard to reach places, removing virtually all dust, dust mites and other allergens, a must have for asthma and allergy sufferers.

Step 3 - Furniture Removal

We will move items such as sofas, chairs, television units (must be free of dvd players, sky boxes, ect ) and tables before starting our cleaning process and replace them in their original position. Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs to stop your clean carpet getting stained. Items such as dressers, computers, ornaments and any other valuables must be removed prior to our visit. Fish tanks must be completely drained.

Step 4 - Unique Pre-Stain Treatment

We will carry out a highly effective stain removal technique using the appropriate solution for each stain. We use our stain removal technique in areas of concern getting rid of tough stains and odours that are treatable prior to our full treatment.

Step 5 - Specialist Pre-Spray

We use a cleaning solution that breaks down all dirt particles and gets rid of unwanted bacteria and allergens we pre-spray all areas of the carpet to ensure complete coverage. Step 6 - Pre Grooming (Agitation)

This is also a very important step in our cleaning process. What does agitation mean? Well, our agitation machine uses brushes that lifts the carpet pile and rubs the cleaning solution deep into each carpet fibres, allowing the solution to work more efficiently and effectively. Much like running your hand through your hair when shampooing it.

Step 7 - Rinse and Extraction

Once the soil has been loosened from your carpets and all of the pre-spray solution has worked, we will extract all the moisture and dirt back up into our machine leaving your carpets clean and fresh. We take extra care not to over wet your carpets or leave a sticky residue behind. A typical drying time is between in 2 – 4 hours, this is reduced using our our air movers.

Step 8 - Apply Carpet Protector ( Optional )

Applying our carpet protector will help your carpet from future soling and staining. The protector coats the fibres of the carpet with a protective layer, increasing the lifespan of the carpeting.

Step 9 - Protective Foil Tabs.

Your furniture is positioned back onto the carpet with protective foil tabs and protectors under the legs. This is to prevent colour-stain from the furniture that may make it’s way onto the carpet while it is moist.

Step 10 - Take the Customer on a Final Walk Through

We will walk with you through your home again to completely make sure all spots, stains, and traffic areas have been thoroughly cleaned and that you’re completely happy with our service.
